Previous Experience: Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Molly gained valuable experience in pediatrics and long-term care. She also worked as an EMT in upstate New York and led wilderness trips for teenagers in Southern New Hampshire, experiences that deepened her commitment to community health and education.

Professional Focus: At Nasson Health Care, Molly focuses on delivering primary and preventive care to patients of all ages. She offers specialized services such as gender-affirming hormone therapy, substance use treatment and recovery, women’s health, and complex chronic disease management. Her approach is centered on creating a welcoming and judgment-free environment and ensuring that each patient receives individualized attention and care.

As Director of Clinical practice, Molly is particularly passionate about mentoring her colleagues, sharing knowledge, and celebrating each other's successes, ensuring that everyone feels confident in their abilities. She is proud to be part of such a dedicated and uplifting team.

Previous Experience: Kat began her nursing career in Connecticut (CT) in 1999, when she became a certified nursing assistant (CNA). She then became a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in 2002, working in an extended care facility where she provided pediatric home care. After becoming a Registered Nurse (RN) in 2009, shew gained acute care experience working on a Med/Surg Unit, and then 12 years on a Medical Intensive Care Unit. During this time, she also worked in a treatment facility for substance use disorders and medication assisted withdrawal management. After going back to school and becoming a PMHNP-BC in 2022, Kat and her family relocated from CT to Maine and worked for Tri-County Mental Health Services (Spurwink).

Professional Focus: Kat works with clients across the lifespan, from young children to older adults who experience a variety of psychiatric disorders, that include neurodevelopmental, mood, psychotic, eating, anxiety, trauma-based, substance use, and personality disorders.

Hobbies: Kat enjoys doing anything physical – exercising, bicycling, body boarding, swimming, snowboarding, skateboarding, sledding, and playing with her kids. She also loves spending time with her family doing seasonal activities.

He also volunteers his time at York County Community College in the Expanded Function Dental Assisting Program advancing the development of Dental mid-level providers in Maine.

Hobbies: Dr. Guerrette loves getting outdoors in his free time including camping, snowboarding, and hiking.

Previous Experience: Matthew started as a Clinical Director at Aspen Dental and spent time as a travel dentist full-time for several months. In addition to treating patients at Nasson, he is also actively preforming locum tenens where needed in more remote parts of New England. Additionally, he operates as owner/operator of a Jet Dental mobile practice in both a corporate and rural settings in Maine and New Hampshire. Matthew is currently working towards providing sedation dentistry and progressing his education in dentistry by working toward his Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD).

Professional Focus: Dr. Powell is passionate toward working hard for his patients and helping them improve their oral health. He loves watching patients being able to smile confidently again after years of hiding their teeth and receives professional joy from being able to tell a patient they are decay and infection free after suffering with pain.

Hobbies: Matthew enjoys traveling the world, white water rafting, amusement parks, art such as painting with oil on canvas and making interactive installations, cooking and collecting fun shirts and socks.

Professional Focus: Lynn is focused on preventing and treating oral disease including patient education, preventative care and the ability to build strong patient relationships. She works with a diverse patient population demonstrating an ability to adapt to individual needs and foster a comfortable and trusting environment for all of her patients. Lynn is very passionate about helping patients to modify their behaviors and focus on preventative maintenance in order to have great oral health.

Hobbies: Lynn loves to walk on the beach and enjoys camping, kayaking and is recently taking up paddle boarding.

Professional Focus: Kathy has spent her career in service to others, from work with small children as a mental health consultant, through private practice and then as a clinical hospice social worker. She is passionate about providing care for all members of our community and offering resources to treat those in need of behavioral health services. Utilizing her leaderships skills, she is also committed to developing a well-rounded clinical team that is able to meet the needs of our diverse community.

Hobbies: Kathy likes reading, hiking, meditation, and spending lots of time with her grandchildren.

Previous Experience: Erica began working in the field in 2008, in a residential treatment program. In 2013, she obtained an MHRT/C certification and began doing case management. Most recently, she was a program manager, overseeing all aspects of a large case management organization in Biddeford.

Professional Focus: Erica’s focus in the field of social work has been community-based case management over the last decade and also providing outpatient therapy to adults. Erica is passionate about working with marginalized individuals and those with significant psychosocial stressors related to combating poverty. She uses an eclectic approach while treating those with various mental health diagnoses - primarily utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Hobbies: Erica enjoys reading, binge-watching Netflix, and listening to podcasts. She also likes seeing live music and spending time with her family.
