Previous Experience and Professional Focus: At Nasson Health Care, Dr. Meadows focuses on delivering primary and preventive care to patients of all ages. She has additional specialty training in substance use disorder treatment, chronic disease management, preventive medicine and women’s health. Dr. Meadows has served as the Chief Medical Officer for Nasson Health Care since 2017 and values the longstanding relationships she has created with the communities we serve. She is proud to lead the high quality, compassionate care that is delivered by the medical team at Nasson.

Hobbies: When she’s not busy caring for patients or working with the amazing team at Nasson, Dr. Meadows spends time traveling with her family. Together they have visited many of the United States National Parks and enjoy hiking and being outside. She is fortunate to call both Arizona and Maine home and enjoys both the desert southwest as well as the beauty of the New England coast.

Previous Experience: Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Molly gained valuable experience in pediatrics and long-term care. She also worked as an EMT in upstate New York and led wilderness trips for teenagers in Southern New Hampshire, experiences that deepened her commitment to community health and education.

Professional Focus: At Nasson Health Care, Molly focuses on delivering primary and preventive care to patients of all ages. She offers specialized services such as gender-affirming hormone therapy, substance use treatment and recovery, women’s health, and complex chronic disease management. Her approach is centered on creating a welcoming and judgment-free environment and ensuring that each patient receives individualized attention and care.

As Director of Clinical practice, Molly is particularly passionate about mentoring her colleagues, sharing knowledge, and celebrating each other's successes, ensuring that everyone feels confident in their abilities. She is proud to be part of such a dedicated and uplifting team.

Hobbies: When she’s not busy championing her team or caring for her patients, you can find Molly on the soccer field with friends or enjoying some alone time with her knitting. She finds joy and balance through sports, art, and connecting with others.

Previous Experience: Kat began her nursing career in Connecticut (CT) in 1999, when she became a certified nursing assistant (CNA). She then became a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in 2002, working in an extended care facility where she provided pediatric home care. After becoming a Registered Nurse (RN) in 2009, shew gained acute care experience working on a Med/Surg Unit, and then 12 years on a Medical Intensive Care Unit. During this time, she also worked in a treatment facility for substance use disorders and medication assisted withdrawal management. After going back to school and becoming a PMHNP-BC in 2022, Kat and her family relocated from CT to Maine and worked for Tri-County Mental Health Services (Spurwink).

Professional Focus: Kat works with clients across the lifespan, from young children to older adults who experience a variety of psychiatric disorders, that include neurodevelopmental, mood, psychotic, eating, anxiety, trauma-based, substance use, and personality disorders.

Hobbies: Kat enjoys doing anything physical – exercising, bicycling, body boarding, swimming, snowboarding, skateboarding, sledding, and playing with her kids. She also loves spending time with her family doing seasonal activities.

Hobbies: Brenda likes to cook and bake for friends and family in her free time. She also enjoys gardening and has a collection of house plants as well.
